Ministry Testimonies

Since the first encounter with the Ministry and the people who call NWM home, we have formed close and lasting relationships.

Over the past seventeen years of my relationship and commitment in New wine Ministries, it has been my pleasure to be part of the continuous prayer, visiting the sick, Prison Ministry, fund raising events, street work, functions and weddings.

All this is an ongoing part of the vision and growth within the people of the Ministry, to see others come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour. In seeing the changes that have taken place within my life I know the Lord has been doing a great work through Michael and Trisha on my behalf. The weaknesses and the strengths that have been revealed in me are now a balance within the temperament of my personality and character.

I have been with New Wine Ministries since 1-1-1986 and what this ministry has done for me is to allow me to grow in an environment that Jesus our Lord instituted and nurtured in the Apostles. We have been taught that every word in the bible is Holy Spirit breathed, thus I believe every word to be true. This has always been a fellowship with a vision and we have never lost sight of the vision regardless of how many or how few the numbers. In 1986 while in prayer the Lord showed me a spearhead and said NWM is a spearhead. As I have thought about this I have seen that we are a fore-runner! Fore-runners come first! Like the spearhead comes first, then the shaft.

Over the last seventeen years we have seen this ministry continually worked on by the Holy Spirit; we have been shorn, shaved and clipped and I don't doubt we have been dipped; we have been lopped, pruned and even cut back to the ground;We have been honed and tempered. The Lord has well and truly secured the graft; He has been making us into a precision tool for cutting and severing; He has been making us into a preparation tool.

As a spearhead , we are about to be thrust out. For those whom the Lord has called to join and be engrafted it is a well made decision of obedience, for the year ahead is a year filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Excitement fills the air and the hearts of all who worship here.

This presence and flow of the Holy Spirit is being poured out onto all people and ministries who have joined this ever growing cluster. It is an exciting time to be living in and we welcome all who would be a part of what the Lord is doing in and through this ministry worldwide.
